About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Advisor.


Based in Phillip, you will meet and deal with a variety of customers and provide them with accurate advice and an outstanding experience.


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Maintain and provide an exceptional level of customer service (from vehicle pick-up to handover) and customer advice (on service, parts and accessories)
  • Attend to customer queries, make appointments to service customer vehicles, follow-up with customers (e.g. recall, reminders, missed appointments, etc.)
  • Relevant paperwork and invoices


Who are we looking for?


  • Experience with the Pentana system


  • A person, with previous service advisory experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Results oriented, identifies and uses resources wisely
  • Current driver’s licence (manual and automatic)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Work ethic and reliability
  • A ‘can do’ attitude
  • A ‘DRIVEN’ person, with a passion for cars and people
  • Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day!
