The role

Reporting to the Service Manager, your role will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to our customers and delivering exceptional service. Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions; from over the phone while attending to customer queries and providing advice, to in person at handover. In addition to a range of administration, such as making appointments, follow-ups, and customer reminders.

About You

• Availability to work 5 days a week, including a Saturday
• Previous experience in service advising
• Work ethic and reliability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A ‘DRIVEN’ person with a 'can do' attitude, and a passion for cars and people
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day!
• Experience with the following systems: Pentana Eranet (desirable)
