The Role

Based in Essendon Fields, and reporting to the Service Manager, your role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to our customers and delivering exceptional service. Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions, from over the phone while attending to customer queries and providing advice, to in person at handover. In addition to a range of administration activities, such as making appointments, follow-ups, and customer reminders.


About You

  • Availability to work 5 days a week, including a Saturday (on rotation)
  • Previous experience in service advising
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Work ethic and reliability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A ‘DRIVEN’ person with a 'can do' attitude, and a passion for cars and people
  • Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day!
  • Experience with the following systems: Pentana, Eranet,
