About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Parts Interpreter.

Based in Essendon Fields, your role is pivotal to providing our customers with the right advice and the best customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify parts/components and liaise with customers and Technicians/Mechanics
• Advise customers over the phone, face to face and electronically
• Receive and file orders
• Assist with stock take
• Receipt payments/obtain credit authorisation
• Supervise and mentor others where required

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Results oriented
• A ‘can do’ attitude
• Work ethic and reliability
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day!
• A passion for cars and people
